Haven’t had an accident or any type of traffic tickets ever in my life however every 6 months my rates increase due to “inflation” there’s no way inflation increases a crisp clean driving record by an extra $200 a year on a car with safety features. Do more to save money for your customers with outstanding driving records. Will not be renewing with them after nearly 15 years of accident free and ticket free driving.

You'd think that with being an insurance company they'd be more equipped to update credit card information with ya know faster internet? I shouldn't be on hold for 10 plus minutes trying to do this.

Had a quote for $159 a month waited until current insurance elapsed and called to start the policy to find out they wanted almost $400 and now I’m driving today with no insurance when I could have simply renewed my old policy. Not happy at all
